These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Riyadh shall have primary jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

14) Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
